Game Menlyn seems to not need customers

Today I had to go to Game to get a invoice reprinted because a product that I bought for my dad in Nov 2013 stopped working. After waiting in the queue for a good 20 minutes, I decided to grab a few things while I was there. At the check-out the lady told me that they do not have big bags as I bought quite a few 2L drinks. It fitted int the small trolley I had, so I said it was not a problem. When I got to security, they said I was not allowed to leave with the small trolley. I told them that there was no bags and if I put the bottles in a big trolley, it will fall over and roll every where. I was told to speak to a manager. I then went to the manager (Modise) and he said I am not allowed to leave with the small trolley. I told him that if they dont have bags, then they must make an exception. He just kept on saying I must take a big trolley. I then got upset and ask that he refund me my money. He told me to go to customer service. I got really upset and another manager Nicolson stepped in and asked how he could help. Modise then told him I have a bad attitude, that is the problem, forgetting I AM THE CUSTOMER! I will not go back to Game Menlyn. I will spend money elsewhere.
