On Thursday 16/01/2014 whilst shopping in Woolworths I was abruptly interrupted by a lady named PATRICIA in the ladies department. I was checking on a pair of stockings and she rudely told me I am not allowed to open the packaging. in front of other customers. There are no signs in the store and I assume that their musty also be a no return policy on stockings since it is underwear. I also wanted to make sure it was the right type which I politely explained to Patricia.
She still went on at me regarding not opening the packaging and I will damage it in front of another customer. This was embarrassing. When I asked for her name and surname she said that I must go ahead and complain the management know her surname very well. I find this rude behavior very unacceptable especially from a store like Woolworths.
