Why would you like that?

I recently purchased a credit report after my credit score dropped to 2.

To my surprise, a debt that I paid off in 2011 is still being updated on Experian as either being 30 days late or being paid on time.
Do you have any idea what the implication of this madness is? I have a dream of buying a house soon and you are shattering that dream for no reason at ALL!? For having been loyal and paid off my account 2 years ago?
I am very certain that you can clearly see that the account is closed yet you still update monthly? I need my record cleared ASAP and Lewis must buy me a clean creit record!

Come on now, use common sense. This is not on.
