Closed My accout March last yea

I Paid up my account with foshini last year March, I went into the store numerously to get this done!!! Still it is not closed and even whorse they keep on billing me and listing me as bad payer on ITC this all after Head office confirmed twice that the account is closed!!! WAKE UP I STOPPED BEING YOUR CLIENT MARCH 2013!!!
