I was at a loss as to what to buy my 23 year old son for his birthday. I don't usually shop at Incredible Connection as my perception is that they are more expensive than average, but I was rushed and did not have time to shop around. However even if the bluetooth speaker which I bought costs less elsewhere (I haven't bothered to check) it was an absolute pleasure to shop at Incredible connection as the service from Dominic was beyond excellent. In these days of substandard service it is wonderful to deal with someone as extremely friendly and helpful as Dominic
