Refuses refund after five minutes

I went to the Vodashop in Tygervallen to purchase a cover for my husbands Blackberry mobile phone. After the purchase I left the mall and when I reached my car I realised that my husband had already bought a cover for his phone. I promptly returned to the Vodashop Store and they blatantly refused to refund me! I have the slip and nowhere on the till slip does it state that they do not do refunds!!!

I cannot believe that this large compary (part of Vodacom?) will do this to an unsuspecting customer. Why did they not explain to me BEFORE I did my purchases that this was their attitude. I would never, never have gone ahead with the purchase. Of all the shops in Tygervalley I think this shop has the worst customer care attitude EVER! Don't they care about their customers? So if I can warn anyone, PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THESE people. They have someone standing at the door inviting customers into their shop, but they do not state that NO REFUNDS!!! I am shocked, dismayed and totally annoyed. I will NEVER support these people again. Its as if they from me.
