I have recently moved to the Garden Route and on this specific day I could not find a shop in the mall to print some documents for me which I had on a USB drive. I eventually went to Incredible Connection to ask them where I could have these printed, and the young Salesman, Trevor, said he would do it for me. He lead me into his office and gave me a chair to sit down whilst I waited. When he was done, I asked him how much I needed to pay. He told me that I didn't have to pay him anything, he simply did me a favour. I was so taken aback because I have never experienced such good service from anyone before. Trevor went the extra mile to make me happy and I will certainly always ask for him when shopping at Incredible Connection. What an absolute pleasure!
