Over a week ago I lodged a complaint on this site regarding inefficient service received from Incredible Connection. In response to that complaint, I received a call from a lady named NOMSA. She was extremely helpful and took the time to explain all terms and conditions of my account. In addition, she went the extra mile to ensure that I would not be inconvenienced in the future and generally afforded me service I quite honestly, did not expect! Big up to you NOMSA and thank you Incredible Connection/JD Group for having employed such a pleasant and efficient person! Well done NOMSA and please keep your attitude, pleasant demeanor and excellent service up!!
