Complaint outstanding since January 2013

Good day, bought a lounge suite from Beares Meyerton in december 2012, within the first week a spring pop on the lounge suite. I logged a call in January 2013. Ever since that day all i get is empty promises from the branch, first Johanna helped me, then Nomsa and after that Tersia. My wife went to the branch on 17 July 2013 to find out when are they going to do something about the complaint, Tersia promise to call the same day, she called 18 july and said someone will call the next day to make arrangements to deliver a new lounge suite. ANOTHER EMPTY PROMISE! I AM STILL WAITING. We sent sms's to Tersia, but no reply. So what do i do now? Is this the way you treat your customers? One thing is for sure, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BEARES EVER AGAIN. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! THANK YOU, Ferdi Van Staden
