Pregnant client made to pick up 23kg of groceries

I bought 10kg rice, 10kg sugar & 3kg worth of butter (with assistance from another client in store to load my groceries onto my trolley). I was first told by security at the exit that the trolley I had isn't allowed out the store & that should look around the store for a bigger 1. I did that. When I reached the exit again, I was told by security to bring back the trolley inside the store & I asked them that was it my responsibility as a client to bring back the trolley inside? I was ignored. I asked another female security 2 open up a trolley gate 4 me as it was locked. She told me that it was late 4 trollies 2 leave the store. I told her that I have parked infront of the exit & asked that did she expect a heavily pregnant lady 2 lift so much weight 2 the car park? She ignored me. I asked 4 the manager but again was ignored. I was helped by other clients 2 carry my stuff 2 the the car. I am disguisted by the treatment I got from the staff & I'm shocked that they didn't care that they were jeopardising their jobs & putting my baby's life in danger. I even left the store in tears. Does it make it acceptable that clients are mistreated becourse the store is located in the township?
