I purchased the pre-paid Cell C Nokia CS-19 deal from CNA. 200gigs for around R2k. It worked great for the first week or so but the last 3 days the ping has raised from the normal - 90ms to over 4000ms. I get a max speed of 256k (estimate) when I use to get between 5-8Mbps. I have contacted technical support twice and nothing has changed and one told me there was nothing that could be done. I then used the sim card in my cell phone and got speeds up to 3Mbps. How is this possible and how can tech not provide an answer? Clearly the Nokia CS-19 dongle is defective on the Cell C network. Since the dongle now no longer reaches any real speed and the ping is so high I can never open a webpage. I returned the dongle to CNA and they refused to refund me or give me a replacement as the 7 days since i purchased it expired. This is a breach of Sections 20 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act and I will be laying a complaint with the Consumer Regulator as these illegal practices must be stopped.
