On the 18th of January 2014 I went o Pick n Pay Hyper in Centurion Lifestyle, at the Pharmacy they had a special on perfumes and I was interested on the D&G Light Blue which was R499 unfortunately it was finished and they took my name down for 2 bottles, they promised to call me on the 21st since they were expecting stock from the Faerie Glen Branch, On the 25th I decided to go and check since I haven't received any call, and I was told the stock is finished, when check on the system Montana had 9 bottles on stock and Woodmead 138 Bottles I asked them to phone those branches to keep 2 bottles for me to pick up on the 26th as it was late.
They phoned Montana and they told there is no stock, then Woodmead and they also said there is no stock.
Then I was old Vaal had a lot of stock I asked them to order for me from there as it was too far for me.
They told me they can't I asked for a rain cheque they refused, All I am saying is if they had given me feedback as promised I would have made some means to get the perfumes at other branches e.g Montana, Woodmead on time. I was failed by Pick n Pay.
