I called/emailed pick n pay ottery and brackenfell trying to find the tommee tippee bottles special 3 bottles for R100.00 . i received no reply via email, a customer service agent Donovan said he will call me back on monday 29-03-2013 i have still not received his call.
yesterday my husband went into the store and saw they did not have stock (brackenfell) the staff were too busy to take his number.
this morning i called pnp brackenfell they say they do not have stock and do not know when they will get and the special ends on the 05-05-2013
then i called the ottery branch and they tell me the same thing and that i must come into the store to leave my name so i can get it at that price
i am eight months pregnant and am still at work in cape town and live in sherwood park i find this unacceptable service from pick n pay and would like some response
