I approached the Customer Service desk at the Hypermarket branch in Montana Park, Pretoria on Thursday the 17th of January to enquire about the availability of flavoured coffee creamer. Lucas Manabeng was friendly and immediately wrote all the revelant details down. He phoned me early the next morning to inform me that he had placed the order and anticipated delivery on the 23rd of January, and that he would phone me again once the stock had been delivered. I mentioned to him that I had a friend visiting from Polokwane and that she had never seen the creamer at any of her local Pick 'n Pay stores. Lucas immediately offered to do a stock search for me and upon seeing that none of the stores had any, he asked which Pick 'n Pay she frequented and sent them an internal note about ordering the creamer. To say that I was amazed by the extra lengths he went to, would be an understatement. Lucas Manabeng is a genuine asset to Pick 'n Pay!
