P&P recently advertised a certain item which was well below the normal price. I tried to get it from several P&P stores without success. No stock I was told. I eventually received a rain cheque from P&P Montana who promised to inform me when the stock will arrive. During a visit at the shop a week after the rain cheque was issued one of the managers, Peter Reen asked me if I needed assistance. I told him I was waiting for this item but after a week it was still out of stock. He promised me the stock would be there within 3 days. On the 3rd day I was surprized to find Peter at my door at 19:30 to deliver the item I ordered personally to me and said that P&P can not afford to loose customers due to stock not available or due to poor service. This is what I call OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Thanks Pete
