I often shop at Northgate Hyper Market and alot of times the specials are out of stock. On the 03/02/2013 i went to get the Tommi Tippee Bottles advertised at R99.99 but guess what They had no stock again. So this time I demanded a Rain Cheque. The lady behindvthe information counter who was very unfriendly like all the PnP staff, said someone would call me when the stock arrived. It is now the 24/02/2013 and I am still waiting.
Is this the service Pick n Pay give everyone? Is this why they are losing out to other retailers?
Very bad service and attitude Pick n pay!!
