I was shocked yesterday at Woolworths Clearwater my 13 year old daughter bought a pair of slippers for the slipper day as well as underwear in the ladies section. At the till a supervisor started yelling at us that there is a sale today and we must not take the goods from the sale section. She was rude and abusive- I offered to pay the full price and the cashier was even so embarrassed that she showed us slippers that are not on sale and asked if we had a woolworths card- if I had I would have given it back. No we are the cash buyers - the people with stone hard cash in the mall buying what we like.
we used to be your customers- there is no way I will be spoken to like in any store where we are spending our money.
Stick your sale- lovely store, pity about your pigs you employ. Without customers who will you sell all the goods to? some manners need to be taught. 0 customer service
