I understand that underwear at Woolworths is not returnable but it is absolutely pathetic that if the package has not even been opened that an exception can not be made. Only to be so rudely spoken to by the sales clerk/staff member who went on to tell me that "It is busy in the store this time of the year and people may put items on the wrong wrack so in the future I must be careful with what I buy and make sure it is the correct size". I will not want to set foot in that Woolworths again only to be treated so rudely by the staff. Woolworths claims they have such great costumer service but its absolutely pathetic!
