Application for fridge n T.V was completed on 05/01/2013, Monday 07/01/2013 Michelle called as they do not have stock but they can deliver SHOP SOILED items the same day, I requested a discount and was promised a call back, still waiting. Fridge delivered on 09/01/2013 but too big, sent back. I called the store 10/01/2013 and was advised there is no stock but then the warehouse calls to advise they can deliver 11/01/2013 but no stock of T.V. What happened to checking stock availability before completing application? The store manager was well aware of the situation but left me to deal with the sales person and not ONCE appologised for the mess they created or the inconvenience as this was a gift. I was referred by a friend as the Athlone branch provided such excellent service, clearly not all stores practice the same customer centric values or maybe certain stores receive certain training and others do not!!! I am so dissapointed I will NEVER refer any person to this brand! I did not expect this unprofessional experience from such a trusted brand. I would just like this to be addressed with in-store training.
