Doing upgrade with no stock!

We done an upgrade with MTN Brits on the 17th of July 2013, and one of the sales person who we dealed with confirmed that we can collect on the 24th of July 2013. Yesterday (24.07.2013) when we came there first they told us there was no order placed, and then they told us, there is no stock on the samsung tablet P5100 (bundle deal) and we need to wait until they get stock from MTN warehouse which is only the 29th of July 2013 and then we need to wait another few days to get it delivered at the stores. This is outrages as they confirmed the order and confirmed we can deliver on the 24th. I took leave at work to collect it as I"m working till after 17:00 and then they're closed. So there was no communication and FALSE PROMISES TO THE CUSTOMER which is not acceptable. I urgently need this upgrade and need to get it sorted a.s.a.p. There must be one in another store, which they can transfer to the branch but they were not even willing to check all the stores for stock. This is really not good customer service at all!
