No delivery after payment

After ordering a book, payment was made on the 24th of December 2012 and proof of payment was send twice,
still no parcel. After complaining, apologies were emailed, but still no parcel.
Tracking details on our account still shows payment as outstanding, even
though admin has admitted to an error on their behalf and apologized.
We still await delivery.
