I WENT TO ELLERINES IN DIEPSLOOT TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND ALSO BUY LOUNGE SUETE ON 18 DECEMBER 2013, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL DELIVER STRAIGHT TO MY HOME IN LIMPOPO, AND WHEN I WENT HOME DURING MY LEAVE DAYS I FOUND THAT THEY DID NOT DELIVER ANYTHING.THEN I WENT TO 1 OF THE BRANCHES IN POLOKWANE TO ENQUIRE, YES THE MANAGER WAS SO HELPFUL AND SHE CALLED DIEPSLOOT BRANCH TO ENQUIRE ABOUT MY ACCOUNT, THEN THEY TOLD HER THAT THEY WILL CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW ABOUT THE DELIVERY DATE.I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM THEM TILL 25 JANUARY 2014 WHEN I DECIDED TO GO BACK STRAIGHT TO THEM AT DIEPSLOOT, THIS TIME I TOLD THEM THAT I WANT TO CANCEL THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CANNOT HELP ME I SHOULD WAIT TILL NEXT WEEK MONDAY AND I SHOULD CALL THEM, THEN I DID AS I WAS TOLD ON MONDAY 27 JAN 2014, I ASKED THEM TO CALL ME BACK THEY DIDN'T', AFTER 1 HOUR I CALLED THEM BACK AGAIN THAT'S WHEN THEY TOLD ME THAT THEIR PHONES ARE OFF-LINE, ITHINK THAT THEY ARE SO IGNORANT THEY DON'T DO FOLLOW-UP TO THEIR CLIENTS, AND THEY HAVE EMPTY PROMISES...
