Avon goods not delivered after payment

On 13/12/2013 my mum & her colleagues placed an order through my brother Tevin Solomons, a UJ student, for Avon goods. Payment was made on 17/12/2013 for the order. The order didn't arrive and on 10 Jan 2014 she called the Avon call centre to enquire about delivery, as the University was closed and she wanted the order delivered at home. She was told that this would be done the next Monday. On 13 January the goods hadn't arrived, so she called Avon again to enquire. She was told that the goods would be delivered at the UJ on 17/01/2013, even though the UJ is closed! Requests to speak to a Team Leader/Manager were rejected point-blank and she was basically told that this is the way things will happen. My parents have been waiting at the UJ security gate since 11:45am, since they were told that the delivery would happen between 12 and 1pm. After calling again, she's been told that the delivery man arrived, "found no one" and left. The security guard confirmed that nobody was here! They have been sitting in the sun for 3hours, during a heat-wave, all FOR NOTHING!! This service is appalling and now my brother's reputation as a sales person has been tarnished! WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!
