My name is Kholofelo Ramohlwa, i am a tenant at Diepsloot Ext 6 Next to Diepsloot Combined school. we`ve been out of electricity for the past 6 days excluding today. i lodged the complain more than 6 times but no one came to assist. i was given this ref: Friday 96391931 i spoke to Karabo at about 16:20, i was told to wait for 6 hrs but nothing happend, i called at about 02:00am i was given ref: 96399786 on Sunday morning, i spoke to Nkomo if not mistaken said technicians knock off by 22:30 then i will get service tomorrow after 07:30, at about 09:00 am same sunday i was told that the technicians can only assist after their urgent complain they attended. i called sunday after 16:30 then i was told that the complain was closed because it is written that the service was provided to us and problem sorted. i discovered that Eskom is working because most of the surbuban areas get a quick seervice, but Diepsloot is not recognised because we are blacks.
