I was robbed of my cellphone on the 01 November 2012; I'm insured with Game for my mobile phone. To date I have not received my phone and yet Game continues to deduct the insurance premium for a phone I don't even have. They have used numerous excuses and now I am simply feed up. I even had RAM hand to hand call me to say they were on their way with my phone, but to date I still have not received anything. I sick and tired of calling them as I have never received a call from them either.
