I have been shopping with PNP Online shopping for - 10 years, first in Durban and for the last 4 years in Port Elizabeth. In the last 12 months I have seen a major decline in their customer service. I am constantly experiencing problems when adding products onto my shopping list and then when attempting to check out. I unfortunately recommended that my Company do online shopping as well. It took me two days to check out for our company groceries at the beginning of this month. We have had to now source an alternative supplier as well as the Hypermarket never has enough stock for our company. Lastly, what happened to that personal service I used to get when things were being substituted?? Now I get substitutes that are the same brand but nowhere near what was ordered originally???
