I would like to take this opportunity to communicate my appreciation to Ellerines on the professionalism and compassion of its employees, in particular MPHO MAKHETHA of Dial a Bed (Allens Nek-Roodepoort).
I visited the Roodepoort store in November 2013 looking for a bed. I dealt with Mpho who was so professional, showing true compassion for the bad experience I had endured earlier in 2013 when I had purchased another bed and proceeded to show and convince me that with Dial a Bed I would not experience what I experience with my previous purchase. MPHO is an absolute professional and derserves recognition for his hard work and dedication. My requirements were that I required a bed to be a certain height as I am not a very tall person. He went beyond his duties to accomodate me. Measuring up one bed after another until he found what i was looking for. He made enquiries for me as to the stock and availability of the bed of choice I was looking for until he found one for me. Mpho kept in contact with me during the months of Nov, Dec and January when I finally went and purchased a bed from him. Dial a Bed you have an amazing employee in Mpho. WELL DONE Dial a Bed!!!
