Mr Price commerce is full of incompetent staff. Charles, Curt, Courtney, karishna, Nicole are all the people I have been speaking to from the date (7th November) I made the online purchase. a week later one of them told me the order is still vaild and I can proceed to make the payment, only to be told by another one 72 hours later that my order was cancelled.
I have been trying to get a refund since, I get asked all the questions and to explain to anew consultants all over again and the promise has been standard " your refund has been processed maaam, please give it 48 hourse it will be sent your email" NOTHING. I call again, different would answer and promise to speak to the supervisor and they will call me back, they never do! Up to this afternoon I have been constantly calling Mr Price to beg for my refund and I am told the Mighty Spervisor is in ameeting! MR PRICE is a big retailer! The Ecoomerce is a nightmare, and this is the 2nd time this happens to me! it is frustrating! if they don't double charge your account after the order has been delivered, they cancel the order and keep your money, it feels like extracting a tooth just to get a refund from them!
