Poor Customer Service

On the 03 July 2013 I purchased a pair of True Religion Jeans from Zando via their website and made a credit card payment for the goods for an amount of R5525 (R5500 for the jeans and R25 for express 2 day delivery). Later that same day I had call from my bank to verify if the transaction was legit so that they could process this payment - I confirmed. I was now of the understanding that my goods will be delivered in 2 days. On 05 July 2013 I had not received my purchase and decided to call their offices to query why I had not received my goods. There excuse was that the funds had not reflected as paid therefore the goods was not shipped. When I checked my bank statement online it reflected that payment was fully processed. They promised to contact me back that day but never did. It was now the 09 July 2013 and still no sign of my purchase. Called in again and same excuses were given. I then called my bank to verify the payment and they confirmed that payment was processed on the 03 July 2013 to Zando. I immediately contacted Zando and was now told (10 minutes later) that my goods were now on its way. I chose to cancel this transaction. Poor Service and Lame Excuses!!!
