Telephone not being answered in this branch

I have tried to contact this branch on 011 915 5473/5913 for about 30 minutes now. The phone just rings and nobody picks it up. that's a nice way of saying to your customers " We're not really interested in what you want from us, go to Dischem". I think I might just take the advice!
