I placed an online order with Superbalist. I love their website and the products they stock online-It is new, fresh, and innovative and fashion forward. On my order was a Fitbit activity tracker. My order was delivered on the 20th of November 2013. I started using the tracker on the 24th of November and I loved it. On the 26th of December the tracker died. [URL Removed] informed me that the tracker was defective. Fitbit said that they would exchange the tracker but should check with the retailer first. On the 30th I contact [URL Removed] via email and I enquired about the exchange. I was worried because it was over a month already and past exchange window. On the 31st Tashwill contacted me and I was blown away because what company still phones on New Year's Eve? Anyway, to make a long story short, Tashwill informed me that Superbalist will exchange the product for me or provide me with a refund. No questions asked. Sadly, a week later I was informed that Superbalist was unable to replace the tracker because of stock constraints. But I didn't care because of the great service that I received from the day I send the email to Superbalist and placed my order.
