On 25 October i placed an order on [URL Removed] The item was indicated as being in stock on their website.
Upon payment i was informed it will be delivered between 1st & 8th Nov.
On November 15 i was told that the item was out of stock..? How it can take 21 days to realize that you dont have stock- i got no idea?
Surely after placing an order, it should be dispatched immediately, and a stock shortage would be recognized immediately.
Its seems the delivery process is implemented with hope and a prayer. And service ends once you have paid.
An apology is not enough!!
Note to others: If you plan on buying a birthday present via superbalist, have it dated for the following year, to avoid dissapointment..
