Three weeks ago I ordered two items from SUplerbalist which cost R658. They managed to deliver the items as stipulated but when I viewed the items they were very brittle of very cheap quality and were not worth the price tag.

The Handy Braai Set - Multi is eligible for return, but the Bucket Braai - Black is not.
I then took photos of the braai set emailed it to them. Two days later Tashwill replied saying that I had bought last items so they therefore can not refund me for the braai set. My complained is that if Superbalist will be selling inferior quality items at that price they should surely be able to take back the stock. I know have stock at the value of R658 and I can not use it.
I am very disappointed with superbalist. Ive alwayed like their items and disappointed the first items I bought from them are practically USELESS AND A WASTE OF MONEY. THEY ARE 'S
