To whom it may concern...

Lastnight, around 8:20 myself n spouse visited the Game Century City store, with every intention to purchase a TV, we were abit indecisive and need proper assistance, a Pierre assisted us and i literally had to beg him to plug in the HD cables from another TV, just to show us a better display from this unit we were interested in.

Whilst trying to talk to him, the music was blarring from the side of the store and i had to request for them to turn down the music, so that we could hear each other speak. So we decided on the unit we taking, the I presented my ID and the TV licence of my inlaws where we reside (we only done this, cause previously it was approved) Pierre took my particulars and left, 5mins later he returned and said the TV licence holder must be present OR WE CAN HAVE AN EVIDAVIT stating we have permission to use it.

I, then spoke to a Pam (manager on duty) and she said i must buy a TV licence and insisted she could not help me. I was willing to return to the store this morning with an evidavit to purchase the TV, but the level of interest to satisfy a customer was appalling. I drove 105 km, just to b disappointed and humiliated.
