I've purchased a front loader at Sound Match where I've had it for a week and the front loader would not play music. I then returned it and was told by the manager Riedwahn "What did I expect for the price". I felt really intimidated by this. They eventually swapped the unit which I paid a bit extra for. Two weeks later the unit would not play music properly it would not read cd's, the usb port and the sd slot were faulty. It has been tested and it still would not work. The manager Riedwahn insisted it was my speakers and there was nothing wrong with my speakers. I was willing to then still purchase another unit of a higher price value where they refused to do so, I then requested they refund my money as I would not want to keep a faulty unit. I was told my the manager "do not keep you haregat" which is extremely unprofessional. I felt insulted and degraded and I've never went into a store as a customer and been spoken to in this manner and on more than one occasion. I'm very disappointed in the type of service and would never advise anybody to invest in equipment that does not work and still be shot down for it.
