Ill-treating Customers

A few weeks ago, I called Primi at Maponya Mall to ask if they would be broadcasting a specific soccer game that we wanted to watch. I called before hand because if they had said no, we would have gone somewhere else. However, when we arrived, the game was not on and the music was blaring. I requested that they turn down the music and put the game on; I also explained that I had discussed it with the manager before hand. Eventually, someome helped us and they did as requested. 20 minutes into the game, the store manager walked in and turned up the music and turned down the game, I was highly upset, especially since we were two of about six people in the restaurant, and no one had complained that the game was on. The manager told me that Primi was not a sports bar and he would not allow us to watch the soccer match.

We agreed to stay at the restaurant, and ordered a starter and a main meal, but after a long wait, we were unhappy to receive our starter with a side of bug. It was disturbing. We sent it back and the manger took it to the kitchen, returned saying it was a peppercorn, He had a terrible attitude, and as a result, I will not return to the Maponya Primi again.
