Poor Service Delivery

I am on holiday in Shakaskraal and decided to have my sister's kitchen cuboards installed. Tashik Sewnarain was willing to take back an electric hob which was purchased two years ago [was still in box] as I wanted to install a gas hob. I agreed to purchase the display one as this was the last one the store had [no box]. This collected on the 22/06. The cuboards were installed on the 23/06 and i also connected the gas hob. A simple connection as one gas pipe [removed from existing gas burner] and the 3 pin plug to the socket. When the front left burner is ignited, the front right also lights up. further to this, the hob has an internal gas leak, hence there were flames under and around the hob. On the 24/06 I took this unit to the store and was informed by Tashik that he needs an assessment done by Defy [Job no 31S049797] as he cannot exchange or provide a refund fopr the faulty burner I purchased from his store. The salesman, Marlon also advised me that if i am not happy, i can return the unit within 7 days. The technician will come through on the 25/06.
