Ad service not even an apology

Took my ring to be sized, I was told it will come after 3 days, when I go its not there yet and they promised to call me back and no one came back to me, after a week I went back and they brought the wrong ring back, the next day I went with my fiance to see the wrong ring and apparently some one took it home with them and they only coming to work the next day
