Poor quality product

My fiance bought my ring at American Swizz, the re-sized the ring and after six months the ring broke and when i went to their store they told me the ring was only guaranteed for six months. About 2 months ago one of the diamonds fell out and once again I toke it in for repairs. This weekend a second diamond fell out, likely I found this one. I am not impressed!
