Used phone sold as new?

This afternoon I bought a Samsunbg Galaxy Pocket phone from balfour park CNA. It was in the box and sealed etc, though the lady at the counter did insist on opening it in front of me, ostensibly "in case something is missing". I didn't think much of this and took the phone home and set it up. However, when I opened the Contact book on the phone there were several contacts listed..some of the names are Blessing, Cazie, Lindi, Loveness, Siphiwe... you get the picture - someone has used this phone already, and is selling it as new at CNA! Im dumfounded!
