Hi there,
I'm appalled by the service and staff at Edgards Cell phone counter, Festival Mall, Kempton Park, on Wednesday (15 January 2014) I went to collect my cell phone which was an insurance claim, the store opened at 9:00, but we waited with another lady for more than 15 minutes with no one in the counter to assist us, I complained to the store manager and eventually somebody came after 30 minutes, in short he took my claim slip and told me he is going to look for the phone and only returned after another 30 minutes, I was late for work and they didn't seem to care. I eventually got my new phone went to work. When I tried to use the phone at work it could not work giving me an error that "camera cant open" I then took the phone back to Edgars on Sunday (19 January 2014), only to be told that I have to book the phone in I will not receive no caretacy phone. I told them that the policy states that I should be given a replacement phone if I have returned it within 7 days of receiving the phone, but they refused and I'm sitting here without a phone. Please help me Peter.
