This will not be my first complaint on hello peter about Rochester. We have had endless trouble! used furniture delivered, furniture with flaws, chairs with screws missing but now to top it all off our expensive leather lounge suite with recliners has broken and the staples are coming out the seams and it is 6 months old. I have phoned Rochester continuously to have them give me a new lounge suite but nothing gets done and no one contacts me!!! i want this issue sorted out immediately as i will not pay such an expensive amount for a lounge suite that is still new and want it replaced!
