I spoke to RCs after I was Retrenched and they said to me I need my retrenchment letter, letterhead, U19 form aswell. I explained to them that I can provide the retrenchment letter but unfortunately the stupid Company I worked for can not supply me with the U19 form, I Paid my account as far as I could and now instead of Paying roughly R1100 a month I'm paying R500 a month. I got a call this morning on 4January 2014 from Tracy from RCS Headoffice and 1stly she cannot pickup that I spoke to the headoffice that I cannot get the U19 form. I tried explaining to Tracy again that I cannot get the U19 Form. Please can someone explain to me, why is it that the insurance company always and every month take your money for insurance, without fail and if u don't pay they quick to let you know that you owe them money.but when you have a claim, they look for any loop hole not to pay. I mean, I payed them to be insured but now I must run around trying to do the admin work by supplying them with docs. They took my money, so why they want more docs. I payed them, they did not pay me, why must I pay them and run around. Insurance is a rip off.why take money if you cant honour your commitment.
