No customer service at all

I got retrenched in December, while paying my bond, I then decided i will speak to the bank on what procedures i should follow in order for the Bond protector plan to kick in. Firstly Eva Hleza told me to fax the retrenchment letter i did exactly that on the 08/03/2013, There was no aknowledgement of receipt of the letter, i then decided i will call, Spoke to Johanna Mazibuko who only then gave me information about the Declaration of Retrenchment form: that i had to be completed by the employer not just a letter, i faxed to 0126753956, also sent an email to check if the form was received to no reply, i then followed up spoke to Regina Maphosa who dropped the call without any further information on what will happen next. I just got a message that my Bond payment will be debited on the 26/04/2013 how?? F.N.B should seriously get their act together when it comes to such things this is a serious matter, it should be dealt with in a correct manner by experienced people. I am again truly disappointed by F.N.B
