I deal a lot with Clicks in Heidelberg, Gauteng, and never experience any problems.
This morning before leaving Pietermaritzburg, I visited Clicks at Midlands Mall to purchase air time for my Telcom phone at home.
The first person I went to was unable to help me and referred to Sthandiwe Shoba who was prepared to assist me. In the first place I asked her for R100 Telkom Air time and secondly gave her my Clicks Club Card and asked her to swipe the card as I noticed she was hesitant. (Card no 0200106102671). After completing the tansaction I again asked her if she swiped my club card. She hestitated and called for assitance. Both did not know how to correct the situation.
When I arrived in Heidelberg to load my landline I noticed that I was given the wrong voucher. Instead of giving me Telkom airtime for my landline I was given a prepaid voucher (voucher TUELC6001296025, pin number 6000012960256260).
This type of customer service is not acceptable to me. Please advise me how this matter will be rectified. I reside in Heidelberg, Gauteng.
