I have always loved using duesouth but after this indecent im not so sure. My father gave in his Garmin GPS to be sent away for repair on the 18/02/2013 and till today there has been no response from the branch on what the cost of repair will be or even if the unit can not be repaired. I called the branch and followed up on it and was told there was a problem at Garmin and they would get back to me on Thursday, that was 3 weeks ago i gave them all my details so they can contact me as my father works out of south Africa and can not be contacted so they had my number to contact me. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. the least they could of done is called with a update on the GPS
