On the 05.02.13 i bought Defy Microwave using debit card, on the 06.03.13 my card was debited for the 2nd time. Next morning i called them & report the problem & they requested me to avail myself with the receipt & bank statement at store. I told them i'm spending lot of money for petrol but they still insists i must come. i then went there & had to leave the receipt, after some days they refunded me. On the 25.05.13 the microwave was not working then i called the shop requesting for my receipt. I had to submit bank statement i done that & only on the 04.06.13 when i called them asking if am i going to forfit my microwave due to their negligents they started acting & called me back. I went to the shop on the 5th June 2013 with the microwave and they told me with attitute that i have to wait for another 21 days and they will call me. Explained to them that i bought microwave of the cost of R1099.00 and travelling costs that i have done is more than R1099. it has been more than two weeks waiting for the receipt and to wait another 21 days without microwave that have guarantee of 2 yrs is not fair to me & my family. they never explained to me terms & conditions before i buy only now
