My husband and I are trying to get a loan from the bank to buy a house. But at the the bank turned it off because off a Insurance Policy through Foschini. There is an outstanding amount and it has been listed. I have a letter from Foschini dated 12 May 2009 that says "As per out telephone conversation with you, the monthly premium is R22.50 and is billed monthly to your credit facility. I am in credit on my Foschini account. But I never received any type of statement or call that says I owe them any money, so how am I suppose to know I owe them money. And as they said it will be billed from credit facility I am under the impression a person is suppose toget some sort of statement, I have paid my account up to date years ago. I have no paper work or any thing from the policy to prove I am on the policy. I would like you to please fix it. And I need a letter from you that I can give to the bank, so my loan application can proceed. How can they blacklist me and they never let's me know of any outstanding amount. Thank you Magda Shand
