I must admit I am rather disappointed at this situation. When I contacted the head office to find out if anywhere had stock of a certain sandal, I knew I was taking a chance, and was pleasantly surprised at the service I received from Fiaz and how helpful he was in arranging for the delivery of the shoes from Sandton to Mall @ Carnival. However, I was promised 2-3 weeks for the shoes to be sent, this was on the 22nd of October, which by my calculation was 5 weeks ago, and we are now 2 weeks overdue. I have sent follow up emails to Fiaz, no response. I have tried calling the Mall @ Carnival branch at least 4-5 times a day, no answer. This is really starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth and I am feeling that the "Customer Service" is merely an appearance, the delivery on promises made, now that is where it is lacking!!! Please could someone tell me what is going on as it should not take THIS long to send shoes from Sandton to Brakpan.
