As per FNB HOW CAN WE ROB YOU response... claims they dont know the other services "Any other transactions performed on your account, not listed above are charged for separately, at the applicable fee".

"The Statement fee charged to your account is due to the fact that your statements are posted to you": I have never ever received any statements in the post since I started with them.

"Kindly be advised that Value Added Service fees are only charged when you make use of the services and are not included in any of our Pricing options"; can you explain which services im using to be billed for this?

Im still waiting for them to explain what does this mean;

responded on the email they sent me till to date no response from them, Its time I shop for another bank... we go to banks which promises free this and that but in actual fact there's nothing for mahala only hidden cost..its better to go the bank that will say you pay for this services and you know what to expect.
